The Financialization of Housing:

Isn't it obvious that the planned re-development by Queenscorp at 4099 Erin Mills Parkway is primarily designed for investors? It is not really designed for actual residences for people.

Families don't want to live in shoeboxes.

Notwithstanding the apparent inactivity at 4099, THIS APPLICATION IS STILL PENDING. We need to actively continue to oppose the Application. These units do not benefit families that need housing and the project severely hurts the carefully planned community of Erin Mills.
