Accused was arrested on a charge of robbery. He read his rights and cautioned. When he arrived at the police station he spoke to counsel and told police he did not wish to make any staements at this point. He was placed in a cell with an undercover police officer posing as a suspect under arrest by police. He let out information he did not want to tell the police.
